EVALOR Limited Lifetime Warranty

EVALOR Limited Lifetime Warranty

Effective Date: August 3 2026

At EVALOR, every piece is selected to be worn with confidence and backed with meaningful protection. This Limited Lifetime Warranty includes:

  • One size exchange requested within 30 days of delivery
  • One replacement during the first year for ordinary wear and tear or qualifying manufacturing issues
  • One lifetime replacement if the ring structurally breaks during normal and intended wear

The terms, conditions, and exclusions below apply to all warranty claims.

1. Warrantor

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided by:

EVALOR
Operated by: EVALOR
Mailing Address: P.O. BOX 2452 Anaheim, CA 92814
Email: hello@shopevalor.com

EVALOR is the warrantor under this policy. This warranty is separate from any warranty that may be offered by a supplier, manufacturer, payment provider, shipping carrier, or other third party.

2. Eligible Products

This warranty applies to eligible EVALOR rings purchased directly through:

  • SHOPEVALOR.COM
  • An official EVALOR sales channel
  • An authorized EVALOR retailer, if applicable

Products purchased secondhand, through an unauthorized reseller, through an unauthorized marketplace listing, or from another individual are not covered.

Coverage applies only to authentic EVALOR products.

3. Who Is Covered

This warranty applies to the ring’s original purchaser and is nontransferable.

When a ring is purchased as a gift, the gift recipient may receive coverage if:

  • The original EVALOR order can be verified;
  • The purchaser or recipient provides the original order number; and
  • The gift recipient is identified as the ring’s original owner.

Once ownership has been established, coverage cannot later be transferred to another person.

Proof of purchase may be required for every exchange or warranty claim.

4. When Coverage Begins

Coverage begins on the date the original order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

A sizing exchange, one-year replacement, or lifetime replacement does not create a new purchase or restart any warranty period.

All coverage remains connected to the first original purchase and its original delivery date.

Part One: 30-Day Size Exchange

5. Size-Exchange Eligibility

The original purchaser or registered gift recipient may request one size exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The original ring must be returned to EVALOR.
  • The ring may be tried on but must otherwise remain unworn.
  • The ring must not show scratches, dents, discoloration, damage, alteration, or other signs of use.
  • The original order must be verified.
  • Original packaging must be included when reasonably available.

Only one complimentary size exchange is permitted per original ring purchase.

6. Engraved and Customized Rings

Engraved, personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise customized rings are not eligible for a size exchange unless:

  • EVALOR produced the wrong size;
  • The engraving or customization differs from the confirmed order; or
  • EVALOR determines that the ring has a qualifying manufacturing problem.

Engraved and customized rings remain eligible for applicable one-year and lifetime warranty protection.

7. Size-Exchange Shipping

For an approved 30-day size exchange:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of sending the original ring to EVALOR.
  • EVALOR will pay standard shipping for the replacement size within the United States.
  • Expedited shipping, international shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and similar expenses are not included unless EVALOR agrees otherwise in writing.

The replacement ring remains connected to the original purchase and original delivery date.

Part Two: One-Year Wear and Manufacturing Replacement

8. One-Year Replacement Coverage

During the first 12 months after delivery, each eligible original ring purchase qualifies for one complimentary replacement when the ring experiences:

  • Ordinary wear and tear from normal use;
  • Unusual deterioration during normal use;
  • A qualifying defect in materials or workmanship; or
  • A failure that EVALOR reasonably determines should not have occurred within the first year.

This coverage is designed to protect customers from both premature manufacturing problems and the ordinary cosmetic wear that can occur while regularly wearing a ring.

9. Ordinary Wear Covered During the First Year

Subject to inspection and the remaining terms of this policy, first-year coverage may include:

  • Ordinary scratches and scuffs
  • Surface dulling
  • Normal cosmetic wear
  • Gradual fading or wear of a plated, coated, or PVD-treated finish
  • Ordinary polishing or smoothing of textured surfaces
  • Normal discoloration caused by routine daily wear
  • Minor cosmetic deterioration of an inlay or decorative surface
  • Wear caused by ordinary contact with skin, clothing, desks, pockets, and other everyday surfaces

Coverage applies only when the condition is consistent with reasonable, normal use.

10. Manufacturing Issues Covered During the First Year

First-year coverage may also include:

  • Cracks or structural weaknesses attributable to production
  • Incomplete or defective welds
  • A loose or separating inlay caused by defective assembly
  • A decorative component separating under normal use
  • Abnormal bubbling, peeling, or flaking of an applied finish
  • Material or construction that materially differs from the published product description
  • A ring arriving damaged, incomplete, or materially defective
  • Another issue EVALOR determines resulted from defective materials, workmanship, finishing, or assembly

11. Limit of First-Year Replacement

Each original ring purchase is eligible for a maximum of one replacement under the one-year wear and manufacturing benefit.

A replacement issued under this section:

  • Does not restart the 12-month coverage period;
  • Does not create another first-year replacement;
  • Remains tied to the original order and delivery date; and
  • Does not automatically use the separate lifetime structural-breakage benefit.

When structural breakage during the first year is determined to have resulted from a manufacturing defect, EVALOR may process it under the one-year benefit without using the customer’s one-time lifetime breakage replacement.

12. First-Year Shipping

For a preliminarily approved first-year claim within the United States:

  • EVALOR will provide a prepaid return label when the original ring must be inspected.
  • The original ring must be returned before a replacement is issued.
  • When the claim is approved, EVALOR will pay standard shipping for the replacement ring.

For international claims, the customer may be responsible for shipping, customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and related expenses except where prohibited by law.

Part Three: One-Time Lifetime Structural-Breakage Replacement

13. Lifetime Breakage Protection

For as long as the original purchaser or registered gift recipient owns the ring, each eligible original ring purchase includes one lifetime structural-breakage replacement.

This benefit applies when an eligible ring structurally breaks during normal and intended wear, including when:

  • The band breaks into separate pieces;
  • The ring develops a complete structural fracture;
  • A major portion of the ring separates;
  • The ring can no longer be safely worn because of structural breakage; or
  • A comparable structural failure occurs during ordinary use.

The phrase “lifetime” means the period during which the original purchaser or registered gift recipient owns the covered ring. It does not refer to the purchaser’s biological lifetime after the ring has been sold, transferred, discarded, or given away.

14. Original Ring Must Be Returned

The original broken ring and all reasonably recoverable pieces must be returned to EVALOR before a lifetime replacement is issued.

Photographs alone do not satisfy this requirement unless EVALOR expressly waives physical return in writing.

Lifetime protection does not cover a ring that is:

  • Lost;
  • Stolen;
  • Discarded;
  • Unavailable for inspection; or
  • Missing to the extent that EVALOR cannot reasonably confirm the product and failure.

Ownership of a returned ring and its broken components transfers to EVALOR once a replacement or store credit is issued. Returned warranty products will not ordinarily be sent back to the customer.

15. One Lifetime Replacement Per Original Purchase

Only one lifetime structural-breakage replacement is available for each original ring purchase.

Once this benefit has been used:

  • The replacement ring does not qualify for another lifetime structural-breakage replacement;
  • Purchasing a different size or selecting a substitute ring does not restart the benefit;
  • The replacement remains connected to the original order; and
  • No new lifetime warranty entitlement is created.

A customer must make a new retail purchase to receive a new lifetime structural-breakage benefit for another ring.

16. Lifetime Breakage Shipping

For an approved lifetime breakage claim:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of sending the original broken ring and recoverable pieces to EVALOR.
  • EVALOR will pay standard shipping for the replacement ring within the United States.
  • The customer is responsible for expedited shipping, international shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and similar expenses unless EVALOR agrees otherwise in writing.

Exclusions and Limitations

17. Damage Not Covered

The one-year wear benefit and lifetime breakage benefit do not cover damage caused by:

  • Intentional, deliberate, or staged damage
  • Crushing or flattening
  • Contact with vehicles, industrial equipment, tools, machinery, or heavy objects
  • Extreme or extraordinary impact
  • Improper use
  • Reckless handling
  • Fire or extreme heat
  • Deliberately testing the ring beyond normal wear
  • Failure to follow reasonable product-safety instructions
  • Using the ring for a purpose for which jewelry is not intended

A ring breaking during normal wear may qualify. A ring intentionally struck with a hammer, crushed in machinery, run over, cut apart, or deliberately destroyed will not qualify.

18. Chemical and Environmental Damage

First-year ordinary-wear protection is intended for normal daily use. It does not cover damage predominantly caused by extraordinary or repeated exposure to:

  • Bleach
  • Harsh cleaning agents
  • Industrial chemicals
  • Corrosive substances
  • Acids
  • Abrasive compounds
  • Unapproved jewelry-cleaning methods
  • Extreme heat
  • Conditions inconsistent with EVALOR’s published care instructions

Incidental contact with water, perspiration, lotions, or other ordinary daily conditions will not automatically invalidate a claim. EVALOR will consider the product’s condition and the circumstances as a whole.

19. Unauthorized Repairs and Alterations

Coverage is not automatically void merely because a third party handled or serviced a ring.

However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Third-party resizing
  • Third-party refinishing or replating
  • Unauthorized engraving or modification
  • Improper repair
  • Replacement of an inlay or component by another party
  • Cutting, bending, grinding, soldering, or altering the ring

Unrelated portions of the warranty remain effective to the extent required by law.

20. Natural and Intended Variations

Variations in the following may be intentional or inherent to the material:

  • Damascus-style patterns
  • Meteorite or meteorite-style patterns
  • Superconductor-style patterns
  • Stone, shell, wood, carbon fiber, or natural-material inlays
  • Hammered, brushed, faceted, etched, or distressed finishes
  • Gold-foil, metallic-flake, and decorative-inlay placement
  • Color, grain, texture, pattern, veining, and surface appearance

Normal variation between product photographs, samples, production batches, and individual rings is not necessarily a defect.

A variation may qualify only when EVALOR determines that the product materially fails to match its description or approved specifications.

21. Changes in Fit

Except for the 30-day size-exchange benefit, this warranty does not cover:

  • Changes in finger size
  • Weight gain or loss
  • Swelling
  • Medical changes
  • Personal sizing preference
  • Discomfort caused by ordering the wrong size
  • A desire to change sizes after the exchange period

22. Loss, Theft, and Missing Products

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost rings
  • Stolen rings
  • Rings accidentally discarded
  • Missing packages after confirmed delivery, except as addressed under a separate shipping policy
  • Products that cannot be returned when EVALOR requires inspection

23. Commercial and Abusive Use

Coverage is intended for personal consumer use.

EVALOR may deny claims involving:

  • Product rental
  • Resale inventory
  • Commercial use
  • Repeated deliberate durability testing
  • Fraudulent claims
  • Counterfeit or substituted products
  • Material misrepresentation
  • Multiple claims submitted using the same ring or photographs

Warranty Claim Process

24. How to Begin a Claim

Before returning a ring, contact:

hello@shopevalor.com

Include:

  1. Original order number
  2. Purchaser’s full name
  3. Email address associated with the order
  4. Shipping address
  5. Clear photograph of the entire ring
  6. Close-up photographs of the condition or breakage
  7. A brief explanation of what happened
  8. The approximate date the issue began
  9. Whether all broken pieces remain available
  10. The requested ring size, when relevant

Do not mail a ring to EVALOR until return instructions and a return authorization have been provided.

25. Inspection and Verification

EVALOR may require:

  • Additional photographs or video
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of purchase
  • Confirmation of the original shipping address
  • Return of the ring
  • Return of all reasonably recoverable pieces
  • Inspection before final approval

A preliminary approval based on photographs is not a final approval. Final eligibility may depend on physical inspection.

EVALOR will evaluate claims reasonably and in accordance with this written policy.

26. Condition of Returned Products

Customers should package returned rings securely.

EVALOR is not responsible for a return shipment that is:

  • Sent without authorization;
  • Improperly addressed;
  • Improperly packaged;
  • Lost before delivery to EVALOR; or
  • Shipped without adequate tracking when the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Customers should retain tracking information and shipping receipts until the claim is completed.

27. Approval and Processing

After receiving and inspecting the ring, EVALOR will notify the customer whether the claim is:

  • Approved;
  • Denied;
  • Pending additional information; or
  • Eligible for another available resolution.

Processing times may vary depending on inventory, inspection needs, product availability, customization, and shipping destination.

Replacement Products and Store Credit

28. When the Original Ring Is Available

When the same ring, finish, and size remain available, EVALOR will generally provide the same model or a substantially identical version.

Minor production differences are permitted, including differences in:

  • Pattern placement
  • Color tone
  • Inlay appearance
  • Texture
  • Packaging
  • Interior markings
  • Manufacturing method
  • Product revision

29. Discontinued or Unavailable Products

If the original ring, finish, size, or design is discontinued or unavailable, the customer may choose:

Option A: Store Credit

Store credit equal to the amount originally paid for the covered ring, excluding:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Expedited shipping fees
  • Duties
  • Taxes, unless required by law
  • Gift wrapping
  • Discounts not actually paid
  • Other non-product charges

Option B: A Different EVALOR Ring

The customer may select another available EVALOR ring with a current selling price up to the amount originally paid for the covered ring.

When the selected replacement costs more than the available replacement value, the customer may pay the difference.

Any unused replacement value is not redeemable for cash.

30. Refunds

Warranty approval does not automatically create a right to a cash refund.

Cash refunds remain governed by EVALOR’s separate Returns and Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

Warranty remedies generally consist of:

  • A replacement ring;
  • A permitted substitute ring; or
  • Store credit when applicable under this policy.

31. Replacement Value

Warranty value is based on the amount actually paid for the original covered ring after discounts.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Any increase in the ring’s retail price;
  • Collectible or sentimental value;
  • Appreciation in value;
  • Replacement at a later full retail price when the original ring was purchased at a discount; or
  • Consequential expenses related to the loss of use of the ring.

Relationship Between the Benefits

32. Separate Benefits

The three benefits are separate:

  1. One 30-day size exchange;
  2. One first-year wear or manufacturing replacement; and
  3. One lifetime structural-breakage replacement.

Using the size exchange does not use the first-year or lifetime replacement.

Using the first-year replacement does not automatically use the lifetime breakage replacement.

Using the lifetime structural-breakage replacement permanently exhausts that lifetime benefit for the original purchase.

33. No Restarting of Coverage

No exchange, replacement, substitute product, store credit, or change in size restarts:

  • The 30-day exchange period;
  • The 12-month first-year coverage period; or
  • The one-time lifetime replacement limit.

All benefits remain measured from and connected to the original purchase and original delivery date.

Additional Legal Terms

34. No Waiver of Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or replaces any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

EVALOR does not disclaim implied warranties to the extent such warranties apply and cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

35. Limitation of Incidental and Consequential Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVALOR will not be responsible under this written warranty for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, loss, or inability to use the covered ring.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

36. Changes to This Warranty

EVALOR may update this policy for future purchases.

The warranty terms applicable to a ring will generally be the terms in effect when the original purchase was made, except when:

  • Applicable law requires otherwise; or
  • EVALOR voluntarily provides more favorable coverage.

Changes will not retroactively reduce coverage already promised to an existing customer.

37. Entire Written Warranty

This document contains the complete EVALOR Limited Lifetime Warranty for eligible rings unless EVALOR provides a separate written warranty for a specific product.

Customer-service representatives, advertisements, social-media posts, suppliers, retailers, and other parties cannot modify this warranty unless the modification is confirmed in writing by an authorized EVALOR representative.

38. State-Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
